It boasts a stunning location close to a fantastic restaurant recommended by the staff and is conveniently situated near the town center, the lake, and nearby dining options. the well-designed rooms provide a splendid view of the lake and come equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. the helpful and wonderful staff enhance the overall experience.

The rooms here are stylish and tidy, featuring coffee-making facilities and stunning views. Having an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware adds a nice touch! ☕.

The location near the lake was breathtaking, and we enjoyed strolling to the nearby Pisenze beach for a little stand-up paddleboarding. Our room had lovely furnishings and a very modern bathroom, which we appreciated. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of Italian charcuteries, fresh fruits, and even gluten-free options. the owner suggested a wonderful restaurant in the area that we loved.

The lack of parking was a bit of a hassle, and we struggled to find a spot every evening.

Our New Year stay in this antique building was exceptional. The friendly service made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the amazing lake view from the terrace and the glazed part of the terrace we used daily to relax and admire the breathtaking sunset. The breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs with bacon, toasts, tomatoes, cheese, hams. , the location of the facility is great and very easy to find.

The parking area was a bit small and could be a problem for inexperienced drivers. However, this is something that is common in small Italian towns.

The location of this B&B is absolutely amazing, with jaw-dropping views from the terrace. The breakfast served was delicious and the breakfast room had a unique and cozy ambiance. The spa area was a nice addition, offering hot and steam saunas for an extra fee. Our room was clean, beautifully furnished, and each room had its own unique color scheme. The owner of the property was incredibly helpful and polite, providing us with useful tips and recommendations. this B&B exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Pisenze beach where I spent an afternoon stand-up paddling. It was also close to the center of town and to a wonderful restaurant in the area which the staff recommended. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch and I loved taking advantage of the hot tub and spa.

We had an amazing time during our Xmas stay at this b&b. the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated with flowers. the breakfast had a lot of options and the owners were very attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we wanted. We also loved the fact that it was located in a quiet little village with a beautiful pebbly coast and had easy access to nearby attractions.

We had a great time and everything exceeded our expectations.
